How to begin our euthanasia process for your pet:
If you and your family have decided it is time for euthanasia for your pet, that is the hardest first step. We are here to help you through the process.
- Please explore our website to find the services you need for your pet (Consultation, In-home Euthanasia, or Aftercare / Cremation)
- Request an appointment for a Consultation by completing the online New Patient Form
- A pre-paid Telemedicine Consultation with Dr. Speizer. We will have a chance to get more information about your pet, your preferences and to schedule a time for the in-home visit.
- Complete the Euthanasia Consent Form. Select and Pre-pay for the Euthanasia and your Aftercare choice(s) for your pet.
- In-home visit where your pet will be safely, calmly and peacefully euthanized (put to sleep). We can help with transporting your pet to the cremation facility. We will return your pet’s ashes +/- urn, pendant and paw print to you if you choose Individual (Private) cremation.
Please note KindHearted Pet Euthanasia does not offer routine or emergency veterinary service for your pet. If your pet is in distress prior to our visit or needs to be seen urgently, please contact your Regular Veterinarian, or:
