How to begin our euthanasia process for your pet:

If you and your family have decided it is time for euthanasia for your pet, that is the hardest first step. We are here to help you through the process.

  1. Please explore our website to find the services you need for your pet (Consultation, In-home Euthanasia, or Aftercare / Cremation)
  2. Request an appointment for a Consultation by completing the online New Patient Form
  3. A pre-paid Telemedicine Consultation with Dr. Speizer. We will have a chance to get more information about your pet, your preferences and to schedule a time for the in-home visit.
  4. Complete the Euthanasia Consent Form. Select and Pre-pay for the Euthanasia and your Aftercare choice(s) for your pet.
  5. In-home visit where your pet will be safely, calmly and peacefully euthanized (put to sleep). We can help with transporting your pet to the cremation facility. We will return your pet’s ashes with or without urn, pendant and paw print to you if you choose Individual (Private) cremation.

Please note KindHearted Pet Euthanasia does not offer routine or emergency veterinary service for your pet.  If your pet is in distress prior to our visit or needs to be seen urgently, please contact your Regular Veterinarian, or:

My family and I are deeply grateful to Dr. Linda for the compassion, kindness, and dignity she brought to our home during our cat’s (Caesar) final moments. Throughout the entire process she was incredibly kind, compassionate, and professional. She treated Caesar and my family with gentleness and respect. She explained everything clearly, gave us all the time we needed, and created a peaceful, comforting atmosphere during an incredibly emotional experience. Caesar was able to pass peacefully and quietly at home, surrounded by the humans who loved him, and that gift means more to us than words can express. Thank you for helping us say goodbye with such grace and compassion.

Dr. Speizer is a very kind, quiet soul whom my cats took to immediately upon her arrival. She was very detailed in her explanation of the euthanasia process, and did not pressure us when it came to making the final call. She was very accommodating in terms of timeline and with our spicy kitty. I would say definitely trust her with your pets end of life care, it is a much easier, and kinder death for them in the comfort of their own homes.

Thank you Dr Linda, you provided compassionate and professional end of life care for my 16 year old cocker spaniel! The experience was so peacefully and calming in the comfort of my own home. I will recommend your care to anyone who prioritizes their companion's comfort at the end of their life. Beautiful experience.
